This wind-swept moor in the north of Scotland is where history was made. A terrible battle was fought here over 250 years ago. Two armies fought over who should be King of Britain in 1746. At the Culloden Battlefield visitor centre you will find out about the people, the armies and the battle. You can even explore the battlefield itself! There are people to find, history to uncover and stories to write. Are you ready to become a Culloden Battlefield Reporter? Visit http://www.discoverexplore.co.uk to download the following missions:
– Trail Mission: Reporting from the Battle
– Games Mission: Discovering Culloden’s Weapons
– Buddy Mission: Investigate a Clan
– On the Way Mission: Spot the Highland Cows
Please check venue or site opening times before embarking on your daring mission.
