“I visit woods with my grandchildren for the sheer

pleasure of teaching them about nature and allowing

Plus it’s good for your health. Visiting woods and being among nature has helped people recover from illness or injury, can help those with autism and eases the symptoms of depression or dementia.

What’s more, 80% of people surveyed said visiting woods made them feel significantly better mentally or physically. So why not try a different prescription?
